Estimated Pool Installation Cost by Sub-Contractor

The sub-contractor will require a 50% Deposit, and the balance is due when completed.

Payments for sub-contractors should NOT be paid to All-American Recreation, Inc.

All-American Recreation, Inc. sells the pool kit only and not the installation.

Customers may choose the installation contractors of their choice.

The factory warranty is valid if the customer installs the pool.

“HOMEOWNER IS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR”

Customer is responsible for the following work regarding the Above-Ground Pool Installation:

- Obtain and pay for the pool permit from the city. Schedule the final pool inspection.
- Call Gopher Locate # 1-800-252-1166 to locate buried utilities before pool builders arrive.
- Removal of buried utilities near pool and overhead power lines near or over the pool site area.
- Yard fencing, retaining walls, landscaping, sod work and concrete repairs after installation.
- Water to fill the pool from the house spigot or schedule water truck delivery # 612-282-8890.

Base Installation Rate: Includes concrete patio blocks for support of pool uprights and filter system.

Generally, the installation crew requires 8’ accessible width to get Bobcat excavation machine to the site.

Assumes that the pool site area is level within 6”. Add $25 per inch depth if over 6” of dig is required.

Removal of boulders, trees, tree stumps, fence and debris may add additional cost to the installation.

Haul Away Sod & Dirt: Cost can vary depending on number of dump trailer loads hauled.

Estimated cost per dump trailer load is $450 including the loading and disposal of sod, dirt, and debris.

Many homeowners prefer to keep the dirt and sod to level or fill the low areas in their yard and save cost.

Out of Metro Area Installation: Sub-Contractor charge for mileage based on $3 per Mile One Way.

We consider the Metro Area Installation Base Rate to be within 35 miles of our retail stores.

Optional Installation Rates at the time of the pool installation:

$100 to Plumb Sanitizer System. $150 to Assembly in-pool step or pool ladder.

$200 to furnish and install PVC plumbing and concrete patio block base for the gas pool heater.

The average cost for a licensed contractor to install a gas line to gas pool heater is $1,000 plus trenching.

Electrical Requirements: Swimming pool frame is to be grounded with continuous copper wire around outside of pool per the National Electrical Code. Grounding of the pool water as required by the city code. 110-Volts, 20 Amps GFCI to power: (1-HP Pump Motor, 9-Amps.) (1.5-HP Pump Motor, 12-Amps.)
